The "Candy Boy" Gerald Candy
Gerald Candy AKA the "Candy Boy" is a joyful young lad. Every sunday, 14 year old Candy Boy ventures out into his home town to sell his father(s) precious candy, made in Mr Candys factory for all kinds of sweet treats. Candy boy desperately wants to be loved by his peers, and longs to be respected. But his outward, overly cheery atitude seems to scare potential pals away. Because of his somewhat miraculous inability to make friends, Candy Boy turns to the act of doll collection, in order to fill up the sense of loneliness he has. Candy Boy feels close to dolls, they make him feel appreciated. "I adore my porcelain companions" as he would say. Candy Boy does share classes at school with Rox, but is too scared of rejection to try and offer Rox his friendship
